Information
This 1.2 hectare site in Rainham is located approximately 200 ms from the proposed Beam Park Station and also lies within a designated Mayoral Housing Zone and the Rainham & Beam Park Masterplan Area. Currently in multi-occupational industrial use, a planning application was prepared for 248 flats and 5 houses (up to five storeys).
